Links –

Interesting perspective on the surprising ways social media can affect your stress levels, by Oscar Raymond at Inc.

Here are some nice ideas on how you can use your mornings more productively, by Murray Newlines at Inc. #6 syncs up nicely with How to Manage Your Day with Focus, by your truly 🙂

Book –

I’m still learning a lot from The Heart of the Buddha’s Teaching: Transforming Suffering into Peace, Joy, and Liberation, by Thích Nhất Hạnh. I usually have a tendency to rush through books to check them off my list (working on that!). In this case, I’ve made a deliberate attempt to slown down, not push, and let what I’m learning sink-in along the way.

Music –

Nice soundtrack of Tibetan bowls, if you’re into that kind of thing, like I am 🙂
