I read When Things Fall Apart, by Pema Chodron over the past week and am really glad I did. Some of what I’ve read is starting to help me make sense of and be optimistic about the middle ground. I’ve historically had a really difficult time letting myself be in the space of uncertainty that the middle ground represents to me. It was refreshing to read Pema’s perspective on how being in the middle ground can be a positive experience and lead to good things.
I haven’t listened to this yet, however the title and cover image sound and look promising. Let me know in the comments what you think if you have a chance to take a listen –
