Book –

I’m still learning a lot from The Heart of the Buddha’s Teaching: Transforming Suffering into Peace, Joy, and Liberation, by Thích Nhất Hạnh. I usually have a tendency to rush through books to check them off my list (working on that!). In this case, I’ve made a deliberate attempt to slown down, not push, and let what I’m learning sink-in along the way.
